Admission to Kindergarten Section

The Child should have attained the age of 3,4 & 5 for Admission in Class Nursery, Kg-I & Kg-II respectively. The school has also opened a playschool for 2-year-olds

Documents required at the time of Admission:

1. Two recent passport size photograph

2. Birth Certificates issued by SMB (Shillong Municipal Board)

3. Certificate from the school last attended(For KG II)

Admission for classes I to IX

The academic session begins in the second week of February every year. Application form are issued in the month of October-November. Duly completed application form should be submitted to the school office on or before the prescribed date. Late submission of application form will not be entertained.

Admission Test are conducted in December for admission to various classes for the new session. For admission to Class – 1, a student should have completed 6years of age as on 1st March of the year in which admission is sought.

Admission for class XI (Arts)

The Application for Admission, on a prescribed form, will be accepted immediately after the announcement of the Class X Examination Results of the MBOSE, CBSE, ICSE.

Each application must be accomapanied by:
1. Two recent passport size photograph of the student.
2. An attested marksheet of the last Examination passed (i.e)SSLC or equivalent Examination.
3. A testimonial of character from the Principal of the school last attended
4. The Original transfer Certificate from the school last attended.
5. An attested copy of the Admit card & provisional SSLC Certificate,

Note:
1.The original Mark Sheet is not to be handed to the office under any circumstances.
2.The school reserves the right to refuse an application for admission without assigning any reason for the same,
3.Filled in application form and accompanying documents once submitted will not be returned.
4.Once admission granted the prescribed fees must be paid as procedures.

Documents required at the time of admission

  1. Birth certificate from the SMB.
  2. Mark Sheet/Progress Report of the Final Examination,
  3. Two recent Passport size photographs.
  4. Character Certificate from the School last attended
  5. Transfer Certificate from the School last attended (after admission is granted).

School Fees

  1. Fees must be paid for twelve months Before the 20th of every month or a late payment of Rs 10-p.m will be charged.
  2. Tution fees for November-December of the Year & January of the following year must be cleared by the 20th of November failing which the student will be exempted from appearing his/her Final Examination.
